Floor Mounted Isolators
Steel spring and neoprene/elastomeric isolators for equipment mounting to the floor for both seismic and non-seismic applications. These are designed to limit the transmission of vibration, impact and noise over a variety of commercial construction applications
Steel spring and neoprene/elastomeric ceiling hangers for suspended equipment including slack cable restraints for seismic zones. All VMC Group hangers are molded of color coded elastomers. The springs are colored permitting instant identification of loading capacities.
Wall Mounted Isolators
Wall mounted isolators available in both seismic and non-seismic and come in four configurations; pads, washer, wire rope and elastomer mounts. These can be used in a wide variety of applications including electronic equipment, HVAC equipment and electrical equipment.
Isolation and Concrete Inertia Bases
Concrete inertia bases, fan bases, roof curbs and rails that are used for mounting large equipment and machinery to floors or roofs. Concrete inertia bases are used primarily when a solid base is required for maximum stability providing an effective means to isolate vibration and limit the motion of any demanding equipment. Supplemental bases are generally used to reduce machinery vibration and noise, coming in isolated or non-isolated configurations.
Curbs for Roof Mounted Equipment
Curbs and rails that are used for mounting large equipment and machinery to roofs. Roof mounted curbs and rails are used primarily when a solid base is required for maximum stability under the heaviest equipment.
Flexible Connectors & Anchors for Piping Systems
Neoprene and stainless braided connectors designed to compensate for expansion, compression, transverse movement and angular deflection due to thermal changes in piping connected to rotating equipment. As a result, the connectors also reduce vibration and noise transmission.
